As a teacher I promise you that I still use the paper and pencil tests to help them assess your child’s progress. I also use the _____________district and statewide tests to help all of us make choices on curriculum, instruction and assessment. I also love my direct interaction with your child, I love seeing how they work in pairs, groups, or alone provides me the abilities to know their real progress on the specific topic. We also keep journals with the various subjects. They may also be given an “exit ticket” to see if they got the lesson of the day.
